Pros: Perfect Length

Part of a small entertainment rack I put together, and the cable length was the primary concern so that I would not have an abundance of cable piling up. This did the trick quite well. Connections on the cables were solid as well.

Ditch the cable management

Pros: Cheap
Excellent quality

Cons: Even though I love monoprice, shipping is always a consideration too slow, too expensive. I would much prefer something akin to Prime shipping on Amazon. So you better order a box full of these cables.

I used to take pride in cable management in racks. I used both vertical and horizontal cable managers to hide long patch cables. I finally realized that I could just use short patch cables with 48 port switches that have ports the entire length of the switch. These is so much neater, easier to manage, and less expensive I'll never go back. I particularly love the 6" patch cables when I can make them work.
