Pros: Molded connector
Connector release tab
Stiff to flexible cable

I've purchased 200+ of this specific cable over the last two years. They are being used in a corporate environment as patch cables in several server rooms to patch desktop PC's, POE phones, and HD videoconferencing units with an average speed of 2065 Mbps. Have had no problems.
