    270° 8-Watt (40W Equivalent) A 19 LED Bulb, 630 Lumens, Neutral/ Bright (4000K) - Non-Dimmable (6-Pack)

Get a longer lasting, safe, and affordable alternative to incandescent or CFL light bulbs using this 6-Pack of 8-watt A19 LED Bulbs from Monoprice!

This LED bulb uses only 8 watts of power, but produces 630 lumens of light energy at 4400K, equivalent to a standard 40-watt incandescent bulb. It uses the E26 "medium" Edison screw base, which is the standard home screw-in bulb type we're all used to. This indoor bulb is 2.4" in diameter and 5.1" tall and has an 85 ~ 265 VAC operating range.

The bulb features a shatter resistant polycarbonate lens, which is designed to withstand ordinary drops and falls, and a 100% aluminum heat sink. It uses the superior Epistar diodes, is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use before failure, and carries a three year replacement warranty.

The bulb generates light in the 4000K range (Color Rendering Index greater than 80) with an impressive beam angle of 270°, which generates a bright, white light that is ideal for office and showroom use. This bulb is not designed to be dimmable. While it may be physically dimmed in some light fixtures, doing so can damage the bulb's internal circuitry and severely reduce its expected life span.

Each order includes six, individually packaged bulbs.

Monoprice warrants these bulbs for a full THREE (3) YEARS and will provide a new replacement for any bulbs that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

    not good

    Pros: efficient

    Cons: keep burning out

Monoprice has been great about replacing these as I have requested (their customer service has always been superb), but it has still been a hassle to have so many of these bulbs burn out in 1 to 6 months (as many as 1/3 of the ones I purchased have gone out)

    Pros: Good product. Good buy

    Cons: none

Having been hoodwinked into those twisty macaroni-like bulbs that take forever to light up, etc., etc., I was fed up and bought your bulbs. Those 8 watt bulks are rated at 40 but do the job of an old-fashioned 60. They do exactly as advertised and the deal is competitive. I salute Mono Price for making them available to us.

    Awful lights

    Pros: None

Cons: Dim and tubercular. Like a very weak neon light. And if you accidentally scree them into a lamp with a dimmer they burn out just like that. The main complaint is that they give off an awful color light at 4000 K and are too dim to read by. They are not cheap either.

I began buying Monoprice products several years ago, when they first started out with cables and connections. Initially I was impressed by the cables with thick insulation until I ran across a couple of bad hdmi cables. They looked great but there was a short somewhere. This happened with an ordinary 3 mm audio cable too despite the gold plated connection. Now I don't trust Monoprice. I wouldn't buy anything like a monitor or sub from them.

Pros: Great lighting customer service for replacements

The price I paid was worth them as I'd thought I'd give these led bulbs a try and they turned out to be superb. Glad I bought these LED bulbs.

Monoprice has done a great job with these bulbs. I do not like the typical yellow (warm) lights at the lower end of the scale and tend to buy 5000-6000k bulbs which sometimes can be annoying too with their blue color. I just received these bulbs and installed them in my kitchen fixture and was very impressed with a mostly white with a hint of green color. We will see how they last in the long run.
