Pros: Heavy Duty

This case works nicely for storing the body for both my 60Ds, for someone that is normal rough on their gear it's good to know that this is protecting them.

Pros: Good quality

If you're looking for an alternative to a Pelican case then the Monoprice case is a good substitute. The quality is as near a Pelican as I can tell. The sizes are different so you if you're trying to use Pelican inserts for these they won't fit.

Tough built small utility case

Pros: This case is well built and a decent usable small size.

Cons: The padlock holes are very small and will not take a lock with a 1/4" shackle diameter. (I didn't try it buy I think a 3/16" would work). Like many other reviewers have noted the latches are stiff.

Exactly what I was looking for for the size, quality and price. I expect this case to get banged around a lot and function for a long time.

Pros: I purchased these as an option alternative to a traditional "ammo can". I use these to store and transport ammo. I comparison to my other cases which are BOYT, I have to say I am very impressed. The foam that is included is set up in multiple layers and would be very easily customization for any type of equipment. The handles are sturdy and the clasps are tight fitting.

Cons: The one only gripe I have, and this one just blows my mind on how they designed such a good case and didn't see the importance of this. The top and bottoms do not interlock for secure stacking. In fact they are actually opposite of secure. Its like the person that designed the top and the bottom didn't get along on purpose. I own 12 of these. I bought 7 at first and was highly depressed when I got them loaded and started to stack them and noticed they were not secure...I wouldn't say I would recommend against them, but I would rethink my project if I would have known they did not stack well. My only con, but it does bother me.

Overall I like them. only one con.

Pros: Deeper case than most in this size range
Reasonable price makes protecting your medium cost items practical.
Rubber coated handle is nice

Cons: Latches a bit hard to open and close
Sealing surface not as robust as the high priced cases
Manual vent valve, must remember to close
Bottom feet do not stack with another same size case

A good case. While not as solidly built as the name brands, at 1/3 the name brand price it provides immersion level protection while in the "dry box" price range.
