    Excellent Book Light

    Pros: Inexpensive
    Uses standard AAA Batteries
    Flexible
    Two levels of lighting

Cons: Slightly bulky (but certainly NOT a deal breaker)

I bought this to use as a book light in bed. In the past I have purchased a different brand that had TWO lightheads. I found that I rarely, if ever, use the second head, therefore I went with this one with only one head. The single head using only the single light is typically enough to read most any book. The only time I really used the second head or the second LED in each head was near the end of the battery life.
I also use rechargeable batteries which keeps the battery replacement costs down.

Pros: Selectable lamps...either one or two lamps on at the same time.

Cons: Takes (3) AAA batteries, only supplied with two

So far this little light seems to do a great job. Takes (3) AAA batteries and is only supplied with two, so just know that you will need an extra battery to make the light work straight out of the box

I thoght I would do the job, but won't

Pros: It's compact, it works, and it's inexpensive enough to cause me to buy it, without a lot of thought or planning.

Cons: The USB/battery option wouldn't work for me, in the specific application.

To be honest, this was a toss-in purchase along with an orchestra light, which was really great, so I will just find a way to use this little guy for something else, later. It's not a terrible light for very specific applications... don't know how it would work for music, as the name implies, but it would be in a fairly restrictive area of illumination need.

The USB powered option was okay, but for me it would put a wire in an area I would rather not have one... just picky, but I'm sure I would snag it and rip it out of the lamp, accidentally, if I used it. I even tried the battery option, and a good set of Duracells won't last very long, if I forget to turn the light off after using it. Now, on top of all that, I even lost the USB power cable for it... temporarily, I hope.

    Great Little Light

    Pros: Bright, USB Connector

I've purchased several of these kinds of lights over the past couple of years and none of them can match this one. To be fair, the rest were battery operated. However, they weren't nearly as bright as this one.

It is nice that there are two bulbs so that you have two levels of light. The included cable is long enough for most situations but we fell a couple of inches short so I bought a 3 foot extender.

    I highly recommend this light!
