Pros: Great tablet for drawing and painting! I wouldn't know what else to do with one, though I do like the shortcuts/hotspots you can program once I get used to them. I like the large drawing area and pressure sensitivity is excellent. I've had my first one for over 5 years now, and if I can find the software for it, it works on macs and PCs just fine. I bought another this year because I use it as an incentive for my Digital Art students, and 2 is better than 1, in a class of 26! Can't beat the price!

Cons: Other shipping options would be nice. I'm not in a hurry, and the only shipping offered increases the cost by more than 40%!

Pros: works great, installed well except the pen wouldn't work! Had purchased the upgraded pen.

Cons: System won't boot up with the tablet plugged in!! Haven't herd that complaint before.

Was wondering weather to get the 10x6 or the 19x12. My arm would be worn out moving all around the bigger tablet using it as a mouse. Used 1 day shipping for $6.99 and the tablet was here at noon the next day. Amazing, I live 70 miles up in the great unknown. Wish I could do all my business at this account. Looks to be very good purchase, but for the "boot up" problem.

Hello Royboy,

Thank you for your review and my apologies for the boot up issues you are experiencing with PID 6251. It is recommended to unplug the tablet when not in use but I would also recommend trying a different USB port to see if the same issue occurs. Also, if the pen is resting on the tablet upon startup it may be spamming an input and causing it not to boot up. I hope this helps!

Trying a new port was my first response. My pen is not left on the tablet. I also noticed that my computer will not come out of sleep either it the tablet is plugged in. Can live with problems, will leave unplugged when not in use.

I bought this, thinking that you could use it without installing the disk, because I was under the impression that it contained only the additional programs I'm using a MacBook Air, which doesn't have a disk port. After receiving it and freaking out, I checked online, and they had the pen recognition software available for online download. This little forethought by the company impressed me, and I love the tablet. The control is great and the work area is ideal! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a graphic tablet.

Pros: windows 10 upgrade, tried to use the driver from
but when I do the install I get a request for a file: menuwnd.dll, I have found several files with this name and tried to direct the file search tool contained in the downloaded zip file. bur never finds the file. I even tried to put the file on the desktop and direct to it and nothing.
I love this tablet and do not even want to think about changing to something else. Please help me. I have upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1, worked fine on 8.1

I do apologize for any inconvenience with the tablet. Unfortunately, we do not have updated drivers for Windows 10 available. I have had some customers able to get the most up to date drivers for Windows 8 work if when installing the drivers right clicking on the file and selecting troubleshoot compatibility. Windows should select the proper windows compatibility mode that should work for the drivers. However, I have had some customers state that the compatibility mode did not work. If you would like to try that method you are more than welcome to. Once we get updated drivers they will be posted on the items page. Again, sorry for any inconvenience. I hope this helps!

Works pretty well. However, even with the sensitivity at its highest, I feel like I need to press really hard to create a dark enough line. Also, the pen will only work if I leave the casing offif I try to put it on over the battery, the pen stops responding. It's still usable without the casing on though.

Thank you for your feedback! I truly apologize that the pen isn't working with the casing on. It sounds like the casing is possibly knocking the battery lead out of place. If you have not done so already, I recommend bending the lead down to ensure it is making good contact with the battery. Once done, please put the casing back on and test the pen. If it is still not working even with the lead bent down, please let me know and I can setup an RMA for a replacement pen. Sorry again for the trouble and I hope this helps!
