| 10X6.25 Inches Graphic Drawing Tablet | | | Question: Tablet stops working after resuming from sleep mode | | Answer: Make sure latest tablet drivers are installed *and* that the latest windows service packs are installed | | Question: I keep having a Dual Screen Issue (mouse cursor only stays on one screen) | | Answer: Graphics programs can seize the mouse cursor and prevent it from moving across multiple screens, to fix, make sure all windows updates are installed. | | Question: The instructions say the green LED is supposed to be on when when the unit is turned on, and that there is a switch to turn the unit on and off. I can’t find the switch, how do I turn the tablet on? | Answer: There is no switch on this item to turn it on and off. Basically, as long as the unit is plugged into a USB port on your computer, it is on
Please verify that the green LED flashes once when you plug in the USB cable into your computer. If it does not flash, you may want to try a different USB port. Otherwise, the LED stays off except when you tap the pen against the tablet. If it does not flash when the pen is tapped against the tablet, there are a few things you may want to try.
1) Replace the battery. Verify that your positive connection is up, and the battery lead is making good contact with the battery. Tap the pen against the tablet and see if the LED flashes.
2) Sometimes the battery lead does not make a good connection. Please double-check that the battery lead is in full contact with the battery, and that if necessary, bend the lead down to make better contact with the battery terminal. Tap the pen against the tablet and see if the LED flashes.
3) If the pen is still not responding, please try changing the pen tip with one of the spares that was provided. Tap the pen against the tablet and see if the LED flashes. |

| | Pretty good. | Pros: Excellent when paired with SAI. Easy to learn and use.
Cons: Confusing troubleshooting guides.
It should be noted that the battery sent with it was completely dead. I used a voltmeter and found that it was reading 0.0v. Literally no charge. A point should be made to include an actual useful battery in the packaging. It was annoying to deal with, but the tablet does exactly i's job.

| Pros: Very good tablet, cheap, durable, lasted me a long time with my first one
Cons: Tablet software is very iffy
My last tablet ( the same one, but with hotkeys) tablet software stopped working.
I had tried downloading over and over the software to fix it, so i gave up and bought a new one
This one, which was fairly new, maybe a month or two max?
gave out today to the same problem
and i was so upset, and i was going to cry
but then I went on the customer support and got help
Thank you to TS - Moe S for your great help!!!
For the first time ever, the software actually helped fix the tablet.
I had to restart the computer about a million times, but it did work!
Thank you so much!!

| | Why did I ever buy that Intuos Pro 4? | Pros: -Works with Windows 8.1 and Lightroom 5.7.1.
-Works straight out of the box with the supplied drivers. None of the driver hell I experienced with my Intuos 4 (which I later gave to my niece).
Cons: -Would be nice if the pen base had a compartment to store the replacement pen tips.
Given the only con I can think of is aesthetic, this is a pretty damn good tablet for the money.
I'd like to add that my initial order got lost in Norco's black hole. Monoprice customer service rushed a replacement to me via UPS overnight within hours of my reporting the incident (thanks Chelsea!).
If you're in the market for a tablet for use with Lightroom/Photoshop and are considering an Intuos, STOP! Get this instead.

| Pros: Price
Cons: Unacceptable jitter on PCs
Glitches occur alarmingly often
Drawing surface warps easily
Driver difficulties extremely annoying
I'd return this if I could get my money back. Price range is good for beginning digital artists who can't afford a Wacom, but there's so much jitter in Photoshop it's nearly unusable for professional work. I've wasted a lot of time trying to troubleshoot this issue but all signs point to a shoddy sale item. This is my second Monoprice tablet and I'm extremely disappointed.
