    Pros: Great length that matches the great price! This senior citizen is thrilled to be able to afford the cords!

    Cons: So far, so wonderful & not expecting any problems! No problems, no worry!

    I had a wonderful experience withe guys in Customer Service. Long before Christmas, I spent a fair amt of my CS's time making sure he could find the exact cable I needed for newly frayed 2 yr old iPad. I love it , use it daily, & it was a gift from my son! The extra cord I am giving to my cousin who loves the iPad her daughter gave her for the Sept birthday....now, my non- techie 72 yr old cousin is hooked on HER iPad...so I am ordering another one as a spare for me! I love Monoprrice & your elves who made me very happy! Happy New Year!

    Pros: Good length, good quality. Cord seems "very sturdy" as my wife says. Loves it.

    Cons: None. Others complain it sometimes falls out. We tend to plug it in over night, so no issue.

    Pros: Correct Length

    Cons: Does not properly lock to device.

    Any movement of this cable, causes it to unseat from connection thus losing the capability I bought it for. Looks like there is a manufacturing flaw with the pins that are used to hold it in place. Monoprice normally has great products but this one is a dud. Should have listened to other 1 star reviewers.

    Pros: Correct length.

    Cons: Does not stay connected to device properly.

    Normally monoprice has excellent items, but this one is sub-par. The 30-pin connector does not stay connected properly unless you hold it in the port. This is most likely due to the fact that the mounting pins do not properly seat and thus lock in the plug. This thing needs a better quality check in the manufacturing process before selling it to customers.

The pins should fully seat to make a more secure connection. If you would like, I can help setup an RMA for a replacement.
