Good Display, Terrible Menu/Button Usage

Pros: The monitor has a nice display and functions well once you have it configured

Cons: The manual that comes with this product is absolutely useless. Aside from showing you a picture of the ports and what they are and some cautions, you get nothing. The monitor defaults to PC. The selection process is not obvious. You have to press Power, then Source, then Auto until the source you want is selected, then press +. Then the monitor will work. The Menu button will not work until you have an active source to the monitor.

I've only had this monitor for about 3 hours. So far it's working just fine. The usage of the buttons is not obvious and are not consistent when navigating the actual menu. There's a lot of button pressing between Menu, Auto, + and a combination of that. If you don't mind a little headache like that, then you'll be happy with the product. Otherwise, find another product that has a more predictable menu selection process.

Pros: Excellent security monitor. Prompt delivery.

Cons: Minimal set-up instructions. Church IT volunteer required 1/2 hour to set up. Monitor menu won't display without a video signal.

Good value. $100.00 less than ADT quote.
