Pros: Great price, all the hardware needed to install was included.

Cons: The knob which secures the projector mounted bracket to the 'stem' part was manufactured a little crooked..the plastic knob was crooked, so would not screw down tight. This leaves the projector a little loose and wobbly if touched but since it is up on the ceiling, and we use the projectors remote, it is not too much of a problem.

for the price can't complain at all.

Pros: Seems sturdy

Cons: Arms not long enough

My fault for not measuring first, but the arms were not long enough for my Epson 3020.

Pros: Easy to install
Looks great

This mount worked well with my Optoma projector, holds firm with no shaking. The black powdercoat finish matched up with the rest of my equipment and looks great.

Pros: Inexpensive

Cons: One screw to hold the projector.

The spider arms are too short but I thought that would be the case when I ordered. There are mods that can be done. What I didn't know was as a previous review noted, the projector is held up by one screw with a knob. That is the first problem. Second the mount also wants you to position the spider plate so that the opening on the plate is facing forward. If the single screw doesn't give away from the weight of the projector and you have to tilt the projector down towards the screen the only thing keeping it from falling out of the ceiling mount is the clamping force of that single knob. I guess the screw holds or there would be alot of bad reviews.

No trouble, I was just writing what I found to be a weakness. As I said in my review I guess the screw is holding or there would be a lot of complaints or bad reviews. Thanks for the offer but it is only $15 and I don't think I could get anything close to that in price. I would get another one but the other ones you have do not have arms long enough

Lot more stable then Product ID: 3874

Pros: easy to adjust. much more stable then 3874.

Cons: designed for 4 hole projectors and not easily change to hand 3 hole projector

We have an office location that we teach software at and it is on the first floor of a 2 story office building and when people walk across the floor the suspended ceiling shakes along with the projector. It was making the student sea sick. tried everything to reduce the amount of ceiling shack, i.e. extra support wires, extra weight, springs. It still would shake pretty bad.

Purchased this new 6528 mount in the hope that it would remove some of the shake and it did. It doesn't remove all of the shaking because unless there was a structural wall closer, a drop ceiling is going to move no matter what.

Only issue during install was I discovered the arms that mount to the projector swing out too far for an Optima TW615 or TW762. So I took the arms off and drilled 2 extra holes on the bottom plate and ran screws through the plate into the projector.
