Does not work with Dell Projectors

    Pros: Cheap

Cons: Does not work with Dell Projectors

We had to get some other screws and hardware to get this to work with a Dell projector and the tilt is very shallow. Assemble is not intuitive. Took about 6 hours to mount and calibrate.

Pros: Nicely built, easy to put together. Price.

    Cons: Tilt adjustment is useless.

Read many of the other reviews. If you need a mount that is adjustable, skip this one. It says it has the ability to adjust tilt, but it's useless. I debated getting a more expensive one with better tilt adjustment, but thought this would be ok. Just threw $20 away. lol. Will be getting a better mount. But it would be fine for someone who doesn't need something that's adjustable.

    Durable mount for three-hole projectors

Pros: Sturdy design, decently finished, very inexpensive.

Cons: Actual appearance could be made a little more sleek to hide screws, but then again, it's not offensive.

I was expecting the mount to be flimsy despite being listed as having steel construction. The three curved arms that connect the projector to the mount don't seem to be made of steel, though they are a metal compound of some sort.

Ordered three of these and, so far, the first has been a good first impression.

    Didn't work for me!

Pros: Sleek looking, nice black color

Cons: Is not truely universal, cheap quality

This mount does NOT work for the Optoma projectors and I wish I would have read the reviews thoroughly before purchasing this product. My projector is the Optoma HD131xe model and requires M3 machine screws. This mount did NOT come with M3 screws required for the projector. I had to go all around town looking for M3 screws which are not all that common.Furthermore, you cannot attach all three mount arms to the projector (only two) because of the projector screws layout. This results in an unstable center of gravity when trying to attach the mount to the ceiling. In addition, as other reviewers have mentioned...the tilt feature is useless and adjustment is pretty much impossible. But I guess for the price...it is what it is. In the end, I ended up going to Best Buy and purchasing a much more expensive mount which was solid metal and had all the tilt/rotation features I required.
