Protect your electronic equipment from damaging voltage and current spikes with this Monoprice surge protector!
This model features six protected power outlets and two USB charging ports with a total of 2.4A of charging power. It is rated for 120V, 15A, 1800 watts and provides up to 540 Joules of power protection. It can handle up to 36,000A current spikes, has a 500V clamping voltage, and provides up to 40DB of EMI/RFI rejection.
PROS: USB ports eliminate all those charger blocks. Supplemental surge protection can't hurt.
CONS: Indicator lights IF used in your bedroom. Won't screw on if you have the newest "square" style outlets, but will still plug in.
PROS: Works great, frees up outlets, reasonable price.
PROS: Very good product does what it is supposed to do.
CONS: None really
PROS: Works as advertised.
CONS: The protected light on the outlet is bright but acceptable. .
PROS: Convenient, Reliable
Super simple to install. If you can turn a screwdriver, you're good.
The outlets are nice and tight even the USB. Not loose or sloppy. I prefer the nice solid connections.
PROS: Inexpensive. Has a nice clean modern look. Tight, positive connectivity. The 2 USB ports are great to have. Piece of cake to install. I like the "Protected" light, showing that it's connected. Nice to have a visual indicator + it doubles as a night light.
CONS: Some people might think the light is too bright, especially if in the bedroom. A piece of black tape could easily remedy that.
Because of the tightness of the connections some folks might have to apply a little more force than what they are used to when plugging/unplugging devices. I personally don't have any issues with it.
PROS: Provides significant protection for devices connected to it. Room for several items connected at once. Did away with 2 - 3 wall warts used to charge phones and pads. Power indicator lets you know it's on and protecting devices.
CONS: None I discovered
PROS: compact with 6 plugs and 2 usb that actually charge tablets as well as phones. Surge protection light is a good feature as well.
CONS: usb charging is a bit slower than using the charger from phone/tablet.
PROS: 6-Plug-Ins and 2-USB power plug-ins. Fits flush against the wall/plugs
CONS: large bright LED power on indicator light that is on constantly. Not a problem for us since we are using it in a office area. Will not want to place it in a bedroom or area that low lighting is desired.
