Cons: Powered transformer, so need a power source.

Recieves over the air digital broadcast stations

I purchased this unit hoping for an improvement from my current digital antenna which is an old RCA plug in unit with rabbit ears, package arrived quickly and it's a great looking unit, I mounted it in my garage right beside the window as this was for a TV in my garage, once it was installed which was pretty quickly I did a channel scan and lost quite a few channels so either it isn't powerful enough or I'm just to far out? I live 25 to 35 miles from most of the stations where the signal comes from.

I quickly hooked up my old unit and re scanned and all my channels came back that I had lost with the new unit.

Pros: Pulls in a lot of stations

    Cons: None

Great Price and it works great. I returned a more expensive antenna that wan't picking up even half the stations that this one does. I live about 40 miles for the broadcast antennas and this little guy will pick up close to 155 stations

    Great for cord-cutters

Pros: - Good Signal (if placed properly near window)
    - Great for cord-cutters

Cons: - bulky and hard to hide if keeping indoors

I have purchased (2) of these antennas. They get the same amount of channels that the $50-$90 "HDTV-4K" antennas do. For a recent home owner, i took the cord-cutting dive and I couldn't be happier. Sometimes the picture isn't perfect and i usually have to move the Coax Cable a bit, but it eventually comes back. Place it as close to a window as you can for the best signal. Sometimes i'll turn the amplifier off and the signal comes in better (it all depends on what is available in your area). This is worth a shot. Not perfect, but gets the job done. I recommend it whenever the topic is discussed. Thanks.
