    This case provides double duty, protecting your new iPad from the wear and tear of daily use, and providing a hands-free viewing platform for your multimedia content. The polycarbonate shell gives an extra layer of shock protection, while the black leatherette exterior provides comfort and style.

    The cover is lined with a soft felt material, which provides a soft cushion of protection for the finish of your new iPad. The cover also features a magnetic latch, which both keeps the cover shut and automatically turns your iPad on when it is opened and off when it is closed.

    Note that the iPad Cover Lock / Unlock option is not enabled by default. The option is located by pressing the Home button, then choosing Settings > General. However, the option will not be visible until you actually attach the magnetic cover to the iPad. Alternatively, you can use a small refrigerator magnet to simulate a magnetic cover, thereby allowing the option to become visible.

    The cover has cutouts for the connectors, camera lens, and controls. Additionally, the cover is slotted at the top to allow clear access to the cellular antenna area, ensuring that it will not interfere with cellular reception.

    Although I use a bag to carry my iPad, I still seem to find a way to drop it when it's out of the bag. This is a solid cover that protects the screen. The stand is easy to use.

    Pros: Folio cover does not fit tightly around my iPad. Also do not like the look of it. I did not want to pay the S and H to send back.

    Pros: Lightweight and compact.

    Cons: Only one display position available.

    The photos of this case on the website are misleading. First, it is not possible to use the iPad in the vertical position. Second, there is only one slot to support the iPad, not several for different viewing angles that the photos suggest. Very disappointed.

    Sorry for the problems you had with the folio case and any confusion as far as the case works. The iPad can mount in various horizontal positions as indicated in the 4th picture, but not in the vertical position. If you like I can issue an RMA for a return, I would just need an order number to get things started. Again my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Thank you for your reply. Even in the horizontal position, I'm only finding one display slot with another flatter position available by letting the bottom of the iPad slide down to the end of the felt inside cover. However, without an extra slot near the bottom, it's not stable enough to type that way. Also, the slot in the middle perches the IPad to straight.

    The order is 7685802. As noted, I like the lightness and fit of this case. The problem, as described above, is that there is only one viewing slot in the middle of the pad. Do you have a product just like this but with usable viewing slots?

    Hi,

    We do have item 8855 which I have linked below that should definitely work much better for you. A few of our technicians have them here and have no issues with it not holding its position or falling down. It is a little bit more than your current case but you shouldn't have the issue you were. If you like I can issue an RMA for a return on the case instead and you can purchase the newer one since we unfortunately don't do exchanges unless for the same like item.

    The case itself is a real nice quality however I got it because I need to be able to use the iPad mounted upright. It has only been about a week and it is already falling down. Ugh!!!!
