Great Monitor for the price

Pros: good size, fits well on a desktop.

Cons: Heavy, not compatible with all systems

I bought this monitor to be able to keep up with windows technology.... great price... average pricing starts at $350.00 I'm probably going to return it because my system is not supporting it all the way.... frequency problem. touch works well, but make sure you have it set up right.... windows 10 still has bugs, so it won't work well if the setting are not set correctly the unit is heavy and that make it clumsy when handling it. I do love the monitor, but windows and my MSI computer makes it hard to own.....

Thank you for your review on PID 6960! Unfortunately, we do not have any updated drivers for Windows 10 at this time as it was recently released. However, you can find the most up to date drivers for this monitor at the following URL:

One troubleshoot we could try is to run the setup file in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows. However, should it still not function properly, I can assist you in setting up the return RMA as long as we are within the 30-day refund period. If you would like to proceed with the RMA, please provide the order number and I can get that going right away. My apologies for any inconvenience and I hope this helps!

Touch Screen Monitors

Pros: Very affordable
Good quality
Fast turn around on order and delivery
Easy setup

Cons: Screen surface collects finger prints easily. One monitor out of 4 had an issue with the power switch. It would not turn on until I pushed harder at an angle. Once I managed to get it on, it worked great.

Regardless of the minor issues above, the monitors work great, and have held up to public use. They are a great alternative to the more expensive models, if you want to save money.

Nice Monitor poor power supply

Pros: -Touchscreen for pretty cheap.
-Nicely Packaged
-Nice Display

Cons: -Power Cord from the Supply to Wall is very very very cheaply made. Moved monitor once downstairs and unplugged and noticed the plug is showing bare wire.threw it out and just a standard three prong power cable. Had many sitting around.
-Personal Preference - I hate round plugs in the back of monitors. In the end they always slip out.
-Stand - Wish the movement of it was better. Pretty stiff and not always easy to move
-Not enough inputs, just one to be exact (well the usb for touchscreen) but I knew that when I purchased it.
-Non-standard USB cord (Why????)

Touchscreen, but haven't used it yet. Came very nicely packed. Pretty good display but wished the stand would lift higher.
The Drivers are kind of useless if running Windows 7. I could not find my Driver CD so I chatted with support and Lamont was extremely helpful and gave me a direct download link to them. I downloaded and read the help there is no mention of Windows 7 in instructions (CHM file) but there is a Windows 7 folder which is the same drivers from the XP, Vista folder (iirc). Also, cannot find my USB cable and unfortunately, it is not standard. Had to buy a couple from Monoprice (not a big deal).
Wished they offered a larger option but 19" will do for now.

Pros: Very Sensitive.

Cons: Gets rather warm, if you are hard mounting i would install a extra fan for cooling.

I needs to have mounting holes for cables, if you don't mind taking it apart u can in a few places drill hols for looping cable ties through.

Great value, I am using it for my WholeHog3 Lighting Console, very sensitive.

Pros: Works with ETC Element light board.
VGA is not hard-wired (which the pictures shows)

Cons: VGA, no DVI
USB 'A' female jack (weird, against USB standards, but it's fine)
