Enhanced Bass Hi-Fi Earphones with Built-in Microphone and In-line Controls Compatible with Android™ Devices
Get great sound and full compatibility with your Android™ device using this pair of Enhanced Bass Hi-Fi Earphones with Built-in Microphone and In-line Controls from Monoprice!
These earphones feature 6.5mm magnets and an impedance of 16 ohms. They boast a 20Hz ~ 20kHz frequency response at 3mW, a 108dB sensitivity, and less than 5% THD at 1kHz.
The in-line control unit is where the microphone is located, along with the controls, which allow you to increase or decrease the volume, pause and resume playback, skip tracks forward, and to answer, terminate, or ignore incoming calls. They come with small, medium (installed), and large earbuds, so they will fit almost any sized ear.
Note that the in-line control is designed for Android devices using the CTIA standard, which places the ground on the second ring of the TRRS plug instead of the sleeve. This is the current standard used by almost all Android smartphones.
Note that when used with Apple® iOS® devices, only the volume controls will function on the in-line controller. If you have an iOS device, you should order the Enhanced Bass Hi-Fi Earphones with Built-in Microphone and In-line Controls for iPhone®, iPod®, and iPad® V1.2 (PID 9980) instead.

PROS: Sound great, even if they were 3 times the price. Substantial quality feel to earbuds.
CONS: Silicone eartips fall apart, not covered under warranty.
PROS: Very solid build quality. I'd expect to pay $25+ for these at an electronics chain. Mic controls allow pause and skip forward on most android devices
CONS: Dont last for ever. 6-9 months until one ear will stop working. My dog loves to yank these out of my ears when greeting me which is likely to blame.
PROS: Sturdy construction, metal parts where they could be more fragile. Sound is quite good, I didn't notice a lack of high frequencies yet.
CONS: I didn't find indications for left and right, although that can be found quite easily.
PROS: Sound quality is great! Android controls work! Microphone works!
PROS: Deep bass, Great frequency range. From Dubstep to Classical to Country, these sound great.
CONS: The microphone is not quite as sensitive as the one on the phone but people I talk to say I sounds clear.
PROS: Great quality sound, comfortable fit with 3 different ear bud pad sizes.
PROS: These are really clear and the bass is crisp.
CONS: Buttons on inline controls are flush with unit
PROS: This is the second time I buy these headphones and this time I actually bought two because my dad liked them so much I got him ones. I just lost mine, I can't find them, so I think imma have another pair, bout already 3 pairs that I've bought and they are all top quality and exactly what I wanted l, I know the next will be just as great.
CONS: I've actually noticed that you can't open the headphone at all, you would literally have to break them to get into the headphone, the reason I wanted to open it was because I dropped my head phones outside and it started to pour down heavy, the next day I found them in a puddle of water, they still worked perfect, but I hit the ear piece to take out the dirt in the speaker, and I loosened the speaker. Buuuuuut, the fact that I couldn't not open the earpiece means this headphones are built to last a life time.
PROS: I got these to use with my Tablet and Phone....they work great.
CONS: The cord is a little thin....I prefer the tangle free fabric cord.
