Pros: Sounds Good
Cons: Cradle is redundant
Sounds really good considering the price point. Volume is loud as well, I can hear it over my shower running. The cradle really adds no value for me, but it's functional. It works only when the speaker is laying down, so having it at all is of little value.
Pretty good so far....

first off, the thing is bigger than what i expected so im not too sure if i like it or not based on what i intend to use it for
however, this nice big box supplies loud volume of course, compared to other speakers ive tried of the same size

Pros: Louder than I thought it would be.
Clearer sounding than I thought it would be.
Cons: Battery only lasts 4 hours.
Cradle is almost pointless. It's a nice thought, but If it's going to pop out to hold the phone then the speaker needs to be tilt capable. Or some other method of holding a device and not just laying flat down.
Not too much bass.
The speaker is overall a pretty decent sounding speaker. It isn't comparable to a Bose by any means, but for what I paid for this compared to a higher end manufactured product it's truly magnificent. So if you're to put those two price points into perspective, I definitely got a heck of a deal. The bluetooth speaker does exactly what I want. It's pretty loud for the size, it's not the smallest speaker in the world and I thought it would be a little smaller, but it's not annoyingly big - just don't expect to put this speaker in your pocket. It's almost the size of an iPad mini I'd say. It's pretty clear over all, but there's no full mid range or low end, but once receiving it and seeing the depth that is this unit, it's understandable why there isn't a ton of mid range or low end. That isn't too say that it's tinny or twangy sound, but for the unit itself it's clear and pretty loud.

Cons: Sound was OK, the Bluetooth range was maybe 15-18 feet, but most importantly, it did not look right for my space.
Not too bad, but not spectacular
Don't get this speaker

Pros: relatively light weight
Cons: sound is not good, the connection to the Bluetooth device is spotty and cuts out when a few meters away,
Most monoprice stuff overperforms but unfortunately this speaker doesn't live up to their usual standard. I'm in Canada so it wouldn't be worth returning as I already paid shipping, customs brokerage and duties - but the headphones I got made it worth it.

Thank you for your review and truly sorry to hear about the issues experienced with PID 11180. If I may ask, what device is paired with this speaker? Can we try any other devices to see if the issue persists? How many meters away from the speaker does this start to occur? Also, can we test this in any other rooms just to further isolate what the issue may be? Please let me know your results so we can look into this further. My apologies for any inconvenience and thank you in advance!
