    Pros: Cheap

    Cons: Color were not accurate. For these batch of toners I've ordered I can only rate 1 star :(

    I've ordered these toners before and the results are okay and almost identical to the original HP toners, Good quality, No problem at all. The last batch that I've ordered last September, PID9101 Q6003A Magenta, PID9099 Q6001A Cyan, PID 9100 Q6002AYellow, were totally different, after installing it last month and tried printing several pages, color were not accurate. I just hope these toners were just a bad batch and the quality does not change. I hope Monoprice will look into these for they have the best price compare to other seller out there.

    For now, if possible, please try a couple of troubleshooting techniques with me to see if we can resolve your issue.

    Have you tried a different printer?

    What about cleaning the contacts?

    Have you also tried calibrating the printer as well?

    Please let me know if the problems still occur. If it does, I can assist you in obtaining a replacement or a return RMA to see if a replacement will work better. We do have a lifetime warranty on cables as well as a 1 year warranty for everything else. And obtaining a replacement is of no additional cost. If you want to continue with an RMA just please provide the order# and if you wanted to return it or obtain a replacement. Thank you!

    Hi John,

    Thanks for the reply, please read my answers below and please advice what's the next step for me to do, should I return the toners? or do you have any idea how to make it work. I have a daughter who is an Graphics Designer Student and she really need these toners to work, right now she's printing all her stuff in her school and its costing her more money instead of saving.

    Have you tried a different printer?
    -No I don't have any other printer to try these batch of toners, like what I've said the previous batch of toners were good.

    What about cleaning the contacts?
    -I already did, still doesn't work, colors appears to be pale.

    Have you also tried calibrating the printer as well?
    -Yes. Still doesn't work.

    Pros: Prints

    Cons: My HP printer blinks non HP toner is being used

    I had to send 2 toners back due to malfuctions in printer. One leaked toner throughout machine while another would not work at all. My HP printers now blink with the phrase "non -HP toners being used"

    Color Quality
    Prints same amount of pages as original manufacturers toner cartridge

    Cons: None

    No way to go wrong with the purchase of the replacement toner cartridge from Monoprice.com - You get a re-manufactured toner cartridge which is priced cheaper , gives you the same number of printer pages as the original toner cartridge and you have the same quality in color .. If you haven't tried a Monoprice toner cartridge what are you waiting for lol .. Stop throwing money away

    Pros: The quality is as good as any. The price is exceptional. Delivery is incredibly fast.

    With out a doubt, Monoprice is the standard for both products, price and customer service.
