Bent edges and corners

Pros: Low Cost
Cons: Edges were bent beyond 90 degrees
Poor powder coat / paint durability
Similar to other reviews, the edges on my shelf were bent beyond 90 degrees and required manual unbending with a pair of pliers. Also, with very minor abuse the powder coat/paint flaked off, for example when unbending the edges, or when it was slid very slightly on the concrete surface it was sitting on. Overall I wish I spent more money on a better unit somewhere else. This isn't something you'll want to have to replace due to rust or have wobbling around with $100's of dollars worth of equipment in it.

I truly apologize for the condition that PID 8628 arrived in. I see that you already have an RMA for a replacement in progress. Once you have received the new bracket and have had a chance to look it over, please keep us updated through this review. Sorry again for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your feedback.

Perfect - add some shelves for more stability

Pros: Fits in tight spaces
Just enough 'U's
Plenty of hardware
Cons: Could have some corner support to decrease the slight wobble, but that would decrease the available depth. Fixed by adding shelves.
This thing is great for a small network. I added a patch panel and switch, flanked by a shelf on top and bottom, and this was perfect! The shelves increased stability, and added space for all the random knick-knacks that weren't rack-mountable. I was able to drill through the side very easily to add a handle on one side for pull-strings and some cable management. Will buy any time I don't need a major rack setup.

Pros: This bracket hangs perfectly on 16" stud centers.
The surface is a matte black in case you were wondering.
If you don't already have one, I highly recommend ordering a blank spacer and/or a Single Sided Shelf, 3.5" to help you keep the sides from flopping around when you mount this device. The shelf comes in handy for holding things like your router, modem, etc.

Pros: Solid and well finished steel. Precision cut and well threaded holes for equipment mounting
Cons: Poor packaging
Well built wall mounted standoff rack. Would have given it a rating of 10 but the packaging was poor (all protection was stuffed inside the bracket and nothing on the outside besides a plastic bag) and therefore the bracket arrived dented. Not worth shipping back for an exchange I will deal with the cosmetic issue.
