Great if you already own a punch-down tool

Pros: Works well, easy to install, inexpensive

    Cons: Requires punch-down tool

I used these in conjunction with PIDs 6539, 6731, and 6542 to wire up my house for Ethernet and antenna. I can put up to 8 TVs and plug in up to 8 devices in 6 rooms in my house. The modular nature of this unit is great, and for the price it can't be beat! It does require a punch-down tool (110-type), so if you're not a regular with telephone and Ethernet wiring, I recommend using the Toolless Keystone jack, PID 310. Use this one only if you've already got a punch down tool and want to save a few bucks.

Pros: Great Jack as long as you're not loading into a patch panel or side x side faceplate.

    Cons: Too big

still too wide for 6 port keystone wall plate

    Pros: easy to work with

    Cons: not slim enough

not slim enough, in a keystone wall plate they are at least 1mm too wide on both sides. If they were shaved a touch more they'd be great. but wiring them up is a snap...

    Pros: The price is great!!!

Cons: They could be slimmer, they won't fit in certain close tolerance face plates.

For the price, you can't go wrong. I've never had one not pass a certification test.

    Cons: Doesn't work as advertised

As the other reviewers said, these are NOT slim enough to fit in a patch panel.
Pretty sad Monoprice *still* hasn't fixed the description!
