    Just the right thing!
First off, this was my first Monoprice purchase and it went great. I even had some issues with placing my order as a visitor and had a real person help me fix it!
Back to point... I have several multi-channel headphone amps where the inputs are tip/ring/sleeve stereo input only so I was having problems sending a single mono 1/4 feed from my mixer (only signal one ear). THIS worked perfect!

    PROS: works excellent.
    fast shipping
cant beat the price! ( I got 20 of them)

    CONS: none
(but wished a 90 degree version was available some day to relieve some of the weight strain on the length of 2 consecutive jacks sticking out.)

great for insert points on mixers
These are nifty little problem solvers when you're using insert points on a mixer, and can't get away with the Mackie 'first click' trick. I've got a board that wires opposite of Mackie's method, and the 'first click' method will take the signal off the insert point, but not allow it to continue into the rest of the mixer. These take care of that issue. They also allow TRS snakes to be used with insert points, something that will often fail when using the first click method. All these do electrically is join the tip and ring on the male end, and send that signal to the tip of the female end.

    PROS: cheap, works

CONS: could be a little more robust. So far, I've not had any issues, but I'd like to know they're just gonna be there for me.
