Cons: Left & right speakers are not labeled on the RCA side.
First one I received was defective (The 3.5mm jack wouldn't properly connect with a plug). However Monoprice quickly contacted me and shipped out a replacement. Second one worked great and I can now echo what everyone else is saying: This one is solid construction, transfers audio clearly enough for my needs, and is inexpensive. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Pros: Properly merges two RCA jack type connections to one stereo 3.5mm jack
Cons: The left and right sides aren't marked on the RCA side so it's a 50/50 shot on whether or not you get it right the first time when setting up. I figured it out and marked it. Recommend Monoprice put SOMEthing on these to mark at LEAST one of the sides.
Very good, simple device that needs some proper marking.
For the price, it does the job. You'll have to figure out which side should be left or right, but after that you are getting an adaptor for less than a dollar, and it works. That pretty much says it all. I recommend it.
