When I got this keystone jack, I popped it into the wall plate and questioned the whole time if it was going to work or if I had made a good decision to purchase it. Well, the answer is yes, it does work. The thing is: you just have to plug in the audio cables on both sides and test it. This jack is an extremely tight fit, and this is coming from a musician with 20+ years experience. I have connected just about any type of audio cable and have never experienced how tight a fit this one is.

    The bottom line: IT WORKS!

PROS: It serves the intended purpose.

CONS: It is an extremely tight fit and you question if this is the right piece. But it isdon't give up.

It fit perfectly in keystone wall plate I purchased elsewhere. The only downside is that the jack is very stiff when plugging in a cable.

Using a bunch of these to route audio between computers, server, tv and sound system. Very useful to have in a rack or mini-panel in the entertainment center.

PROS: Good contact, no problems with cross-channel shorts or lose connections.

CONS: A little stiff to plug/unplug, but I suspect they were designed for more "permnaent" connections than regular in/out use.
