Pros: Economical
Clicks well into faceplate

Cons: Tight area to remove the nut that locks into keystone.

Overall these were exactly what I was looking for and I picked them up on clearance so it was even better. I did struggle with getting these connections soldered at first but it is worthwhile to go ahead and disassemble them (be sure to have the right pieces on your wire before soldering) and having a pretty hot iron, I had to crank my iron up to about 800 degrees and wrap the wire pretty tight around the post to have good results. Be careful to remove the plastic pieces as they will melt if you do not remove them. In my case price was more important than time, if your time is more important, save the hassle and buy the other style with screw down posts.

Pros: EXACTLY as advertised

Cons: NONE

Ignore Seth/Anonymous from San Antonio's review as he obviously didn't read the product description before purchasing these jacks. Seth, it's Monoprice's fault that you didn't inform yourself with the information provided. Monoprice has screw-type keystone jacks available for ALL gauges of wire. How do I know this? Because I used them for my home... for 12 AWG.

Cons: Must solder, tiny post

I already rated this one but the review is not coming up, and the other one I reviewed and gave a 3/10 is showing up as 10/10 5 stars. What gives?

Pros: Works

Cons: Requires soldering

I was so excited to finally find a way to make an ivory colored wall plate that I didn't read every detail. My mistake so my low review is for the design of the product, not its quality or my inability to read. There is no easy way to connect these jacks, they can only be soldered. I am not looking forward to dissembling every single jack (which requires a wrench in a tight space) and then squatting/lying for hours on my living room floor while soldering 4 connections per speaker up, filling my house with lead fumes, then putting them all back together again (don't forget to slide all the pieces on the wire before soldering). Furthermore I wired my walls with 14 gauge in-wall wire, and the soldering posts appears more suited for 18-24 gauge. I will give it a shot, not sure if I can update this review afterwards.
