I recently had the opportunity to test Monoprice HDMI cables with equipment
running at 1080p 60Hz with HDCP 148.5MHz The results were very positive.

Please note that success at 1080p depends on a lot of factors including quality
of TMDS transmitters, receivers, and anything you might have connected to the
cables like HDMI switches, repeaters, HDMI>DVD adapters, etc., therefore these
test results should be taken as a data point and not as a guarantee the cables
will be problem free @ 1080p with your specific equipment.

For example, during initial testing I had discovered through process of elimination
that one of the HDMI>DVI adapters I was using could not reliably pass 1080p. At
first I thought the cables were the issue, but after switching out the adapters, the
    cables worked great.

Also please note, even though some of these cables are listed as only 1080i certified,
they did nevertheless pass 1080p without issues for the equipment combination I used.
See this post for what was tested at the factory:
    http://www.avsforum.com/avsvb/show...4&&#post6953664

The process of listing a cable as passing visual inspection involved looking at black
screen for 30 seconds to detect sparkles, then watching video for 1 minute to detect
    additional artifacts.

Sharp LC45GX6U is a 1920x1080 LCD display which accepts 1080p and 1080p/hdcp when
devices are connected directly to the panel, bypassing the external video processor.

Hope you find this information useful.

Good Product but be advised this cable is thick

Pros: Well made cable, works perfectly. Easy ordering, fast shipping.

Cons: Cable is heavy and stiff.

The cable is very well made and is just as advertise. However, I didn't read the description carefully enough, I didn't fully understand the thickness of the wire. It is much thicker than average and is very stiff. It is a great product for long distance runs and for situations that need a heavy duty HDMI cable. However, I am using it to attach my monitor to a regular PC and I find that the sheer weight of the cable exerts stress on my PC's HDMI port. I had to tie the cable up to a nearby piece of the desk to relieve some of the pressure. Also the end of the cable would not fit through the remaining space in my conduit, whereas the thinner cable would have. If you need a heavy duty cable, by all means buy this one, but if this is just a run-of-the-mill HDMI connection, consider getting one of the thinner cables.

    Pros: Great price,fast delivery

Cons: 24 AWG cable is really stiff and heavy, use a lighter gauge if you can get away with it.
Cable quit working after about a week. It's guaranteed but it costs more to ship back then buy another.

It is really heavy and stiff, I should have ordered a lighter gauge. It quit working, bad connector.

    Cons: thick cable

The 25' cable does the job it was intended for perfectly and at a very reasonable price. The only down side I saw was the thickness of the cable. It's a little harder to make it bend around corners but, not enough to stop me from buying it again should the need arise.
