10ft 28AWG DisplayPort to DVI Cable - White

Use this cable for connecting your DVI equiped HDTV or monitor to the DisplayPort connector on your computer without the hassle of using a separate adapter.  This reliable, high performance cable has flexible 28AWG, tin plate conduits with pure copper cores and gold plated connectors for long life.
Note:  While DisplayPort connectors are capable of passing a DVI signal, DisplayPort and DVI signals are basically different and not compatible with each other.  In order for this cable to function properly, you must have a DisplayPort source device capable of producing and passing out a DVI signal through the DisplayPort jack.
Note* These cables are not recommended for eyefinity setups, as they are a passive cable adapter.

Doesn't work with Fury X GPU

    Pros: thick gauge, nice connections.

Cons: Doesn't work with Fuiry X video card, maybe got a complete dud or 2

I needed a passive cable to connect a fourth display to my Fury X GPU. I got it in the mail, and even if it was the ONLY cable connected to my Fury X, no signal went through. I figured it was a dud, and support was nice enough to send me another one for free. Again, i connect it with no other displays, aaaand no signal. I no longer have other DP-enabled devices to try this on, but I doubt I'd get 2 cables that were nonfunctional. So I'm forced to assume it simply will not with for my AMD GPU. Given that all the other cables and displays I had connected to my old GPU (a 7970 and a 280x), worked without issue, This cable mus not be compatible with GPUs. Unsure why, since the specs are compatible.

Again, it's certainly possible that I received 2 DOA cables. Though doubtful.

I instead got Product 12784 , and it works great.

    HDMI Display Port DVI Cable

Pros: Basically a good cable for the price.
My first cable broke due to experience cited in Cons. Monoprice replaced the cable free of charge including shipping & did not require the inoperative cable sent back to them. Nice going Monoprice!!!!!

Cons: Leave room at the rear of the connector shell for flexing. The strain relief design needs more attention. Too tight of a fit & multiple flexes of the cable will eventually break the cable wire attach point (internal)

Basically a good cable if you take care not to crowd the cable exit point & leave room for a natural curve (no strain relief at the exit point of the clam shell) or fashion your own strain relief (cable ties, epoxy etc)

Pros: Good quality, clip-in connection, works every time.

Cons: A black option would be nice. The taped foam on the ends is hard to get off without a knife, lol.

Works great, we ordered 100's of these for our organization. Most of our users have dual monitors, and our new PC's have one VGA and 2 DP outputs. These eliminate the need for a DP to DVI adapter, just go straight to the monitor. Great price, less than an adapter would be!

    Pros: Works as advertised

    Cons: None

This is a great cable. I use it on all of the new computers in our enterprise that have a DP on the graphics adapter. I ONLY WISH THAT IT CAME IN BLACK!

    Pros: -Works flawlessly
    -High quality
    -Versatile length.

Cons: -Would be nice if it was in black

Great solution for interfacing newer graphics cards with DVI-D monitors.
Connector mated very well with the DisplayPort.
DVI-D connector mated a little tight, but worked nonetheless.
