Look no further for cables!

Cons: None

Low price high quality cables and as a bonus multiple colors available to color code AV components! Cables shipped quickly, are well packed and came with caps on the end of the connectors. Cables provide a crystal clear picture with every device I've used them with. No need to look any further when in need of an HDMI cable, come straight to Monoprice!

Cheap, but bulky

Pros: Good price

Cons: Bulky piece on cable

There is a bulky piece of the HDMI cable that is annoying and makes it super clunky and not easy to work with. It is like a giant cylinder towards one of the ends. (Sorry, I'm not technically proficient on what it is). But the cables disappointed me. Thank god they're cheap!

Thank you for your review and truly sorry to hear PID 3953 is not fitting your needs. The piece you are referring to is the ferrite core which helps suppress EMI/RFI electronic noise on the cable by absorbing the unwanted high frequencies and dissipating them as very low-level heat. This is the simplest and cheapest form of electronic noise reduction and is most effective on small gauge cabling, which is inherently more susceptible to electronic noise interference than thicker cables.

We have other cables that do not need ferrite cores such as PID 9303 ( ) which has zinc alloy connector heads to help provide resistance to interference.

If truly dissatisfied with the purchase, I can help setup a return RMA on the cable. If you wanted to proceed with the RMA, please let me know and I can get that started right away. Apologies again for any trouble and hope this helps!

This is only my 2nd HDMI cable I have bought, but what I needed for, works perfectly. Color choice was nice, length was desired, and works as promised.

Color coding adds convenience

Pros: High-quality, high-speed HDMI, color-coded cable at a great price.

Cons: None.

I was ordering a surge protector, and decided to add a couple of color-coded HDMI cables to my order while I was at it. The price is great, and it never hurts to have a spare cable or two. My receiver is in a cabinet under the TV, and I've found that color-coded cables simplify adjusting the layout of my four components.
