6ft Coiled 3.5mm Male To 3.5mm Male Stereo Audio Cable - Black

The 3.5mm (1/8") stereo TRS connector is more commonly known as the Headphone Jack on portable mp3 players and mobile phones. This cable has a gold plated male 3.5mm stereo (TRS) plug on each end and features ultra-slim connector heads.

The cable is coiled, with a minimal length of about 15" and a maximum length about 6 feet. The cable is ideal for connecting a stereo audio output, such as an mp3 player or phone, to a stereo audio input, such as the auxiliary input on a car stereo system.

    Too short, lots of static

Cons: Shorter than you'd expect, difficult to extend, bad construction.

This cord is too stiff and doens't extend easily, making it's use in a car difficult in my case. I've ordered these cables before without issue, but these ones I received recently are far tenser and the static on them is annoying. The sleeve on the end of the cable came unglued within ten minutes of use. Not happy.

    Hello,

My apologies for the issues experienced with your recent order of PID 9565. Looking at your order, I see that you purchased three of these cables. Just to verify, did you experience static with all three? What devices were the cables tested with? Can we try them with other devices just to see if the static still occurs? I also wanted to mention that I can assist you in setting up an RMA for a replacement, if you would like. We cover our cables with a lifetime warranty and obtaining the replacement would be of no additional cost. Or, if truly unsatisfied with the cables, I can set up the RMA for a return instead. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with either of these options. Sorry again for the trouble and thank you for your feedback.

    Great for cars

    Pros: Long life

Cons: My only issue with the cable is that over time, for mine, the cover for cable came "unglued". That's probably due to me constantly using it everyday. It held up just over a year. Going to purchase again.

This cable works great for connecting your audio device to your stereos aux jack. However I wouldn't stretch it because it's coiled, tends to make the cable look ugly overtime. Other than that, this cable is excellent!

Woops, I glazed over the "coiled" feature

    Pros: Good looking, quality cable.

Cons: It's coiled, and when retracted is just a little over 1 foot long. But that's my mistake.

I saw in a hurry, saw "6ft cable" and bought it. Didn't even look at the second photo (which I kinda wish was the primary photo). Oops.

    6ft 3.5mm Coiled Cable

Pros: Ends are small and fit mobile accessories well.

Cons: Way too short for active headphone use. Coil is too "tight"

I bought this as a replacement headphone cable and it is not long enough. MAYBE it's 6ft if you were to unwind every single coil, MAYBE. From an actual use point it's about 2 - 3ft which is not long enough for my needs. I'm a DJ and I need the cable that gives me a fair amount of mobility while at the same time not dragging on the floor etc. A coiled cable is a DJ's preferred headphone cable as long as it sits at an optimal length. I recommend offering a cable like this at least twice as long, maybe 3 times, when coiled and let the coils be "looser" so it adds less strain on the ends.. Then add an extra 1-2ft to each end that is uncoiled for ease of use. This will allow for some "movement" by the person and the coil will "hang" in a nice U shape between the wearer and the mixer input. At the moment I don't see anything longer on your site listed so I recommend making this a priority to your manufacturing team and you'll have a winning product instead of the low stars this product currently gets.

    Good Concept, Bad Execution

    Pros: cheap, great size

    Cons: not durable

The concept behind this cable is great. It works for exactly what I need and allows me to plug my headphones into my computer and audio recording device without worrying about getting the wire tangled into everything else. Unfortunately, I've gone through several of these cables. The connection to the 3.5mm jack does not hold up well against the normal stresses put on to the cable when it stretches. The last one I purchased only lasted about a month before breaking. It's disappointing, because this is exactly the kind of cable thatI need.

    Hello,

Thank you for your review and truly sorry to hear about your experience with PID 9565. Is your cable physically broken or is it no longer outputting audio? If physically broken, can you send a photo of the cable?
