3ft Coiled 3.5mm Male To 3.5mm Male Stereo Audio Cable - Black

The 3.5mm (1/8") stereo TRS connector is more commonly known as the Headphone Jack on portable mp3 players and mobile phones. This cable has a gold plated male 3.5mm stereo (TRS) plug on each end and features ultra-slim connector heads.

The cable is coiled, with a minimal length of about 10" and a maximum length about 3 feet. The cable is ideal for connecting a stereo audio output, such as an mp3 player or phone, to a stereo audio input, such as the auxiliary input on a car stereo system.

Quality cable, coil is very tight.

Pros: Great quality, tight coil (this could be a con, too)

Cons: Coil is fairly tight (this could be a pro, too)

Like most Monoprice cables I've purchased, this one is of better than average quality. The coil is VERY tight, but seeing as I bought it for use with my phone to the aux port in my car, this is perfect. When I put the phone in its holder, the cable retracts and doesn't droop at all when I pull the phone from the holder, I get some leeway, (probably an extra 6-10 inches) before it pulls the cable out of the aux port. Perfect for what I use it for.

    Short, but not durable

    Pros: Small, convenient

Cons: Plastic connector covers break too easily

This cable worked great at first. The coiled design is nice for leaving it plugged into the dash without it dragging on the floor. After a few weeks, the plastic connector covers cracked on both ends, so now I have to insert and remove the cord by holding the cable, which creates stress on the soldered connections. It has held up OK since, but I am afraid the connections will eventually break.

Pros: nice thin yet sturdy connector ends

coil is super strong so dont expect this one to stretch out to its actual length lol

The cord is great, but when coiled, is essentially 1 foot long.

The last cable I had made everything sound like it was underwater. The sound is crystal clear and the cable is nice and compact, but still stretchy when you need it.
