    1.5ft Premium 2 RCA Plug/2 RCA Plug M/M 22AWG Cable - Black

Despite the introduction of more advanced audio and video signal cables, such as HDMI® and Toslink, most audio and a large number of video connections still use the common RCA connector.

This is a premium two-channel audio cable made of RG-59 75 ohm coaxial cable. The cable uses a 22AWG conductor and is shielded to prevent EMI or RFI interference from entering your audio system. The connectors are gold plated, for smooth connections and to prevent corrosion. Each connector head features embedded, color-coded rubber rings to ensure a firm grip when installing or removing the cable.

Pros: Decent quality. Short 1.5' length is good for short connections behind a mixer to a sound card, etc.

Cons: Prongs are unnecessarily too thick causing too much force needed to slide onto the inputs.

Am I the only one who had a ridiculous amount of trouble trying to get the connectors on the inputs? The prongs are way too thick compared other pro-audio cables, which is why it requires too much force to separate them when pushing onto the inputs. This can be very bad for components with a weak backplate supporting the inputs. Let this be a fair warning:
If you notice your inputs or backplate pushing in while trying to connect - STOP - and return them. You run the risk of damaging your gear by applying too much force.

    Pros: Inexpensive, good connectors

Cons: Very rigid, shrink tubing loose

This cable is great for the price, but the fit and finish could be better. The shrink tubing is loose on one side and slides along the cable. Decent connectors and a very rigid cable. I'm using for a small DAC and headphone amp and bending the cable to a tight radius was a bit of a challenge.

    Cons: Not very flexible.

Good build quality, RG-59 cable and gold connectors. Great cable for a great price!

    Pros: Quality, SOUND, Price

    Cons: none

used these to interconnect between B&K reference power amp and passive preamp thru DSP for EQ. My System is very revealing sonically, but I also use calibrated test equipment to set up the DSP EQ so my ears are not the only things listening to my system. First of all poor cables introduce capacitive reactance to certain frequencies, without test equip. we just know it sounds bad. but what it does is cause phase shifts in the frequency response, which will show up on phase analyzer, and is audible. These cables use high speed video coax for audio signals.....very low capacitance, very smooth response. If you can't hear the difference, you still won't be sorry you bought them.
