    solid product
Product is nice looking, works as it is supposed to and haven't had any issues with the product.

PROS: Works as it is supposed to

CONS: Not really a con but for my use, it would have been nice to have some double stick tape to mount it where I needed to mount it.

Works just fine and for 2/3rds of the price of any other DVI switch you can find. I used it to connect my monitor to both my PC and PS3 and it certainly saves a lot of hassle when switching over from one to the other.

    PROS: Cheap, works great.

CONS: Could use an off switch because otherwise the light will stay on. I usually just pull out the power cord, so no biggie.

    Great product
I needed to switch one monitor between two computers. This switch works perfectly and supports the screen resolutions I use. The only thing I could ask for would be an on-off switch on the front so I didn't have to unplug it when the computers are turned off. I could probably just leave it on but don't need that flashing led.

    PROS: Functions exactly as advertised
    Very good price.

    CONS: No on-off switch.

    Works as advertised
Although the specs say 1600 x 1200, I needed 1900 x 1200 resolution. I relied on another customer review which said it would work at 1900 x 1200. It does. Very easy to use, not much to do except plug it in.

I knocked down the review by a point because the flashing LEDs are very annoying. That was easily fixed with a piece of black electrical tape.

    solid for me
Overall solid, does what I want (switch between my old desktop running Pandora and my primary laptop on minidisplayport) using a mini-dp to DVI adapter cable. Image is clean, no resolution issues, overall I'm very satisfied.

Only neg is that the device has an annoying flashing red light to show the active input. I have bandaided this by piling a bag of coins in front of the input buttons, but flashing red lights should not be on the front of any piece of equipment unless the world is ending, imho.

But, still a good value for what I needed.

PROS: simple DVI switcher between XP desktop and 7 Pro minidisplayport laptop

CONS: annoying red flashing light on active input

Product works as advertised. I have had no problems. This is the only unit like this in this price range I could find. Very happy with the purchase overall.

PROS: Product works as advertised. Sturdy, fairly compact unit.

CONS: Small design problem. The LED lights on the front are bright and the one showing which channel is selected is red and blinks. This might be good for some but for those whose home office is also their bedroom you want to keep LED light - especially blinking ones - to a minimum.

Great little box at a great price. I wanted to switch my display between my desktop and my laptop and this does it flawlessly with the push of a button.

PROS: Does exactly what I want it to do, for exactly what I was willing to pay for it. Solid construction and weighted metal box keeps it from shifting around when you shift cables.

CONS: The blinking "searching..." lights are a little much, but ignorable.

Proof that DVI switches aren't just for high-tech setups
I have no idea why this switch costs so much less that all of the others on the market it's perfectly functional and has been standing up to daily use for several months now with absolutely no signs of wear. With this and a separate USB2 switch, I have a KVM switch that handles the standard inputs (who still uses a PS/2 mouse?!) and lets me have a reasonably simple and inexpensive two-computer setup for my home office.

As with the other commenters, I am using this at 1920x1080 with no problems and I dislike the flashing red status light.

Arrived Timely and in working condition. Great product. Did the trick. No complaints.

Great little piece of hardware. Using it to split my computer and xbox to my monitor, does exactly what I want it to do. Only gripe I have is there's 2 blinking red lights, that are completely unnecessary and should be taken out in the remodel. All you NEED is an indicator light saying what input is active. Not sure why they wanted red blinking lights. They even blink when both inputs are OFF, which is odd. Anyways, besides the blinking red lights issue...this thing does exactly as it advertises.
