6ft Premier Series XLR Male to XLR Female 16AWG Cable (Gold Plated) [Microphone & Interconnect]
25ft Premier Series XLR Male to XLR Female 16AWG Cable (Gold Plated) [Microphone & Interconnect]
Monoprice’s line of Professional Audio cables brings you high performance cables at rock bottom prices. Whether you’re connecting broadcast equipment, instruments for your band or your high end entertainment system, Monoprice has the interconnect cables for you.
Balanced audio cables utilize impedance balanced lines that reduce EM and RF noise and extend the effective range of the cable run. Additionally, unlike standard unbalanced RCA interconnects that utilizes their braid as a signal return, balanced cables have a separate braided shield to provide additional resistance to interference without modulating the interference into the signal. This prevents ground loop issues.
Our XLR male to female cables continue our tradition of bringing the highest quality cables at the best prices. These cables feature thick, heavy gauge wires, gold plated connectors and sturdy connector housings.

Great XLR cables for a steal of a price

Pros: Thick yet pliable these cables roll up easily and feel durable
They sound great!
You can't beat the price
Lifetime warranty! I used to buy solely mogami for the lifetime guarantee. These sound great at 1/4 of the price and still have a lifetime warranty!
Cons: The connectors on the male end do not have a press lock tab to lock into the speaker, but that is okay as I would rather the cord pop out than pull my speaker over if someone (me) tripped on the cord.
I will definitely purchase more of these in the near future and I will be recommending them to my DJ friends.
A Great Value!

Great for live sound
Own a pro sound and light company and have paid a fortune for cords and cables in the past because malfunctions in the middle of a show are not much fun.
Started using Monoprice premium mic cables for about 2 years now and find they have held up just as well as the 50.00-60.00 cables I have purchased in the past.
Have done an A/B comparison in the studio and find the more expensive cables have just a bit of extra sparkle on certain applications but it is barely discernible for 3 times the price.

Pros: Good price
Nice connectors, I like the release button on the female connector.
Cons: A bit thick, hard to place more then one in a cable runner.
I use these for a church worship band, and got some for friends blues band. He like them and uses at all his shows. He likes the thickness and the connectors. My only complaint is the thickness, other than that its a very good reliable cable.

MONOPRICE XLR PID: 4754 SELECT SERIES 25FT
Monoprice provided this unit for review
First Glance: Clean packaging, rolled up nice and tight with no signs of mishandling. The cable is rugged, robust.
Function and Conclusion: It is just an XLR cable after all, so this is going to be rather brief. But, you need these to get your audio don't you? So, simply put its a well constructed cable, rugged and heavy-duty. No signs of bad contact or added noise floor This was all tested with Monoprice's 10 Channel USB Mixer/Interface and the Large Diaphragm Lollipop Style Microphone. Sounds clean, feels great, and it would certainly beat any “rinky dink” cable you want to buy at your local music store. I would purchase more of these without a doubt. Grab these to take to your outdoor gigs, travel with them, maybe even tie up unworthy roadies. Or not. Monoprice backs up all their cables with incredible warranties so even IF you happen to get yourself a lemon (can happen to anyone, anywhere), you know they have your back.

Pros: Thicker cord/casing, heavy duty ends, gold pins
I was already in Guitar Center and figured that although I would pay more for the XLR's I needed, the immediate gratification was worth it. After checking out their selection of similar quality cords as this, I just couldn't justify the added expense. They were WAY more expensive and the cable was still not as nice until you got their "boutique" audiophile cords that were approaching $100.
Take away: Just buy your cords from Monoprice and don't look back. They are ALWAYS top quality at fantastic prices. I really don't know how they do it.
