    Good but not great

    Pros: + Price is right
    + Well built

Cons: - not easy to move around

Great mount. Great price. Keep in mind this isnt exactly easy or convenient to move around. There are some mounts out there that can be moved with 1 finger, very easily and fluid. This is not one of them. The price is right but I wish it wasn't so hard to move.

Rock Solid Mount with one drawback

Pros: Heavy duty mount, lots of angle options, comes with all the hardware you could possibly need. Integrated level is great.

Cons: Thumb screws on tilt are subpar for holding an older, heavy tv in position. Also, the mount is a little stiff to move around at first but i suspect with time and some lubricant that will be a non issue.

This mount is rock solid. I am using it to hang a 100 pound 47 inch lcd tv from 2009. My only complaint is there is no way to get the thumb screws provided tight enough to prevent a heavy TV from tilting under its own weight. I was able to remedy this by replacing the thumbscrews with a phillips head screw that i was able to tighten with a screwdriver.

    Third Time The Charm

    Pros: Solid frame
They give you 6 bolts, so if you snap 2, you still have the 4 you need to install into studs
    Great price

Cons: bolts snapped off during install
Heavy frame you'll need a helper or some strong arms
    Instructions are minimal.

I finally have it up, and it's working as I need it.

First challenge is that you'll need to do some math with a tape measure & a sheet of paper to figure out where to drill in the lag screws. Not hard math, of course, but will take you a little bit to sort out.

Second challenge I had was getting the lag bolts in the wall. Having meticulously determined where to drill my pilot holes to get my TV at the perfect height, I began screwing in the bolts with a socket wrench. I got a lot of resistance and ended up snapping off one of the bolts.

So, moved down a couple inches, remeasured and redrilled my pilot holes...and snapped off another bolt while screwing them in. DOH.

Moving up a few inches and remeasuring again, I got in the bolts with no problem. Here's what may have been the difference:
    * Drilled the pilot hole a little larger than recommended. (from 5/32 3/16)
    * Waxed the bolts before drilling them in. Not sure how a pro does this, but I literally drilled holes in a beeswax candle i had and made sure it got wax in the threads. I suspect this was a big help.
    * Drilled the bolts into the pilot holes without the frame up, them removed them, then put them in again with the frame up.
    * I may have been unlucky the first couple times and hit knots in the wood, and didn't the 3rd time. Who knows?
    * I got an attachment for my drill and used that to drill in the lag bolts, instead of using the socket wrench. Saved me effort, and also ensured I didn't put enough torque on the bolts to shear them.

Perhaps drilling a slightly larger pilot hole makes the set up weaker. Perhaps drilling the bolts in, removing them, and putting them in again makes the set up weaker. I dunno. But it seems pretty darn stable now, and it's actually in the wall.

As others have said, once you hang the TV on the support, tightening the tilt adjustment is quite a challenge. My TV tilts forward a bit even though i tried to get it to stay perfectly vertical. But it turned out the tilt was just fine. so I'm good with it.

    Well pleased

    Pros: Heavy duty
    Decent hardware
    Well pkgd

Cons: Instruction pics could be better
Missing a lag bolt locking washer

So of course I did my due diligence before choosing a wall mount for such a large tv (65"), and am very pleased with this mount. Comparable mounts were $75-100-even from Walmart! Amazon had a huge array of mounts but they were also 75-100 for a fully articulating mount for lrg tvs.
One thing to consider when choosing a mount is the length of the wall plate portion. Many similar models have plates that are 17" or less!! This one's is 19"! Thats important because it gives appropriate space to straddle standard stud spacing (sorry about the alliteration ), which is generally 16" on center. Not so easy with a plate that's 16"!
What I DON'T get is why tv makers only have 4 points of attachment for the tv brackets of a mount?!?! That's the only element of the mounting apparatus that makes me worry...
    The mount itself is SOLID!
