Drops signal to 720p

Pros: Hides wires that go through my walls

Cons: Drops my signal down to 720p. Creates noise.

Bought a couple of these thinking they'd be a great way to wire up my house. They look great after installing them, but the TV's they power can only receive a 720p signal when using these. I have a 4x4 matrix switch that these connect to the TV's. When using a pair of these, I get a lot of static on my TV (for a short distance). Be careful to use high-end cables to connect these.

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for your review. Keep in mind that all devices must support 1080p or higher if you want to use that resolution. If one device is 720p then your matrix will drop down to the lowest common denominator which is 720p. I hope this helps, thank you!

Pros: Simple to install. Gets the job done. If there is not much space behind the sheetrock, the bendable part of the coupler should allow you connect your HDMI cable without any problems.

Cons: Plastic material might appear to be flimsy, but hasn't caused any problems for me thus far.

Nice price for a great product.

Not very good

It works, but it's big, and bulky and not usable in a standard size wall box. It also cuts the video out for a second every couple minutes and shows static.

Hello Drew,

Thank you for your review and truly sorry to hear about the issues experienced with PID 7330. If I may ask, what are the lengths and gauges (AWG) of all the HDMI cables in this setup? What devices are being connected? Can we try different cables outside of wall to see if any difference is made? What about a different source device (cable box, Bluray player, gaming console, etc.) just to further isolate what the issue may be? Please let me know so we can look into this matter further. Thank you in advance!

You Can't Beat The Price!

Pros: Very inexpensive

Cons: None at this time

We ran a 50 foot HDMI cable from a projector back to a sound booth in a large assembly hall. The cable was just barely long enough and we couldn't place the laptop where we wanted it. This niffty gizmo allowed us to mount that cable 'in the wall' and then just use a standard 6' HDMI cable from the wall to the laptop giving us the flexibility to move it around as desired. Excellent product and a fantastic price!
