15ft 16AWG Right Angle Power Cord Cable w/ 3 Conductor PC Power Connector Socket (C13/5-15P) - Black

Whether the power cable that came with your equipment are too long or too short, you can find replacement cables in the perfect length right here.

These Right Angle Power Cords feature a 90 degree C13 connector (PC side) which allows for better placement in tight situations.  They are made to the same stringent standards as are standard PC power cables with the convenience of a right angle connector.

The standard 3 prong wall plug (NEMA 5-15p) to PC connector (IEC C13) cable was made commonplace by PC power supplies.  Today, they can be found providing power connections for many different products such as computers, monitors, printer, projectors and HDTV's.

These cables are great for replacing damaged cables or for keeping cables neat and tidy by allowing you to use only the lengths you need.

16AWG is a great medium weight cable; thick but not too unyielding.  These cables are designed to carry up to a 13 amp, 125 volt load.  They are safe, strong and reliable.

Works great on my Panasonic 55" Plasma HDTV
My first purchase from Monoprice was the result of searching for the best deal on compatible power cords. My recent project has been to mount my flat screen TVs high up on walls with full motion wall mounts (not only a convenient space saver & means to change viewing angles, it's also great for keeping the screen free of small finger prints). A longer replacement cord is pretty much a necessity for this project.

This time around I needed a longer cord for my Panasonic P55UT50 Plasma HDTV. This replacement was just perfect. Because of the significant increase in length (15ft vs. 5ft) and the fact plasmas use more power than LCDs, I bumped the wire gauge up a bit (original was 18 AWG). This was likely unnecessary since Product 7678 (15ft 18 AWG) has the same rating as the original cord (10A, 125V).

Incidentally, Panasonic cords have a bracket on the ends that snap onto the back of the TVs. This bracket isn't needed at all, so don't worry about it. My Monoprice power cord fits nice and snug and there's no chance of it inadvertently pulling out. Purchase any of these Monoprice right angle power cords with confidence.

PROS: High quality, pick your length & gage

Heavy power at the 'right' angle
Adding cables to my arsenal based on my living conditions

PROS: Right cable at a great price

    CONS: None

    Power cord
I assumed the plug end was a right angle which would have streamlined the cords that plug into the surge protector. It turned out the socket end that went into my tv was a right angle. I tried to use it anyway. Since the tv plug is recessed I had to bend the cord end to finally be able to get the socket to fit into the tv. Works but would have purchased the regular cable had I known

PROS: Good heavy cable that seems to be made very well.

CONS: Wrong end angled for my use.
